Older Adult Services (OAS) Collaborative
A Collaborative Effort to Improve the Certified Nursing Assistant Talent Pipeline
Long-Term Care Employers have partnered with local Training Providers to codesign a solution that improves the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Talent Pipeline ensuring training is completed and jobs are filled, improving ROI for employers and career opportunities for CNA employees.
Employers and Training Providers offer quality CNA Training for students; paired with the opportunity to receive contingent job offers prior to course completion. Grant funding has been secured and the collaborative is focused on sustaining strong partnerships to ensure training is completed and jobs are filled, thus improving ROI for all participating employers.
The OAS Employer Collaborative is able to test their codesigned solution thanks to the Medica Foundation’s Community Giving Grant Opportunity.
